Tom Smith, Broker-Sales of Coldwell Banker Smith & Smith Realty was born and raised in Starke, FL and has lived on nearby Kingsley Lake for the past 28 years. Tom is a past chairman of the Board of Governors for the Chamber of Commerce and served on the Board of Directors for Communities in Schools of Bradford County. He is a licensed Real Estate broker in the State of Florida and has been for over 40 years. We pride ourselves in providing professional real estate services to all our clients. Marty Shaw, Owner/Sales, has over 25 years in the banking and commercial real estate industry in Northeast Florida. He specializes in sales and leasing while having an in-depth knowledge of development, financing, syndication, construction and property management. Marty's favorite part of being a real estate professional is understanding his client's needs and helping them find the right property, whether commercial or residential, to make the transaction a success. We look forward to him bringing his wealth of knowledge to the local business market.
Lisa Shaw, Broker/Owner, started her Real Estate career with Atlantic Builders, at that time, the largest locally owned new home builder in the Jacksonville market. Her career evolved from there to become the Broker for a custom home builder. She spent 11 years with Williams and Rowe Custom Homes Inc., in the Jacksonville/Ortega areas. In March of 2015 her husband decided to return to home to Kingsley Lake. In 2017 she and her husband, Marty Shaw, bought Coldwell Banker Smith and Smith Realty from Tom and Ingrid Smith. Tom and Ingrid stayed on in a semi-retired status, sharing their real estate knowledge and love of the community. With all of her experience and knowledge, she most enjoys her ability to listen and understand her clients needs and to focus on customer service.
Austin was born and raised in Bradford County and is a proud Tornado graduate and University of Central Florida alumni. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate minor in 2009, Austin called Orlando home before returning to the Kingsley Lake area in 2017. He currently serves on the Communities in Schools Board of Directors and combines his lifelong love and knowledge of the area with his outgoing personality to create an organized and thorough experience for both buyers and sellers.
As a new Realtor I am eager in assisting you in all your Real Estate needs. I have been working as a nurse in this area for 12 years and am currently working part-time with Shands Home Care. I feel that nursing is my gift and real estate is my passion. As a lifelong resident of Bradford County I am excited to help my customers with a smooth and informed real estate transaction.
Shara has been a Realtor for 18 years. With a spirit of helping others, she has assisted many people to accomplish their dreams of being a homeowner. Shara has experience in land sales, property investment, an extensive knowledge of sales in the mobile home industry and renovation. Her motto is "if there's a will, there's definitely a way"
From early childhood, Carrie has spent a great deal of her life in Bradford County with family. Although, she grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and lived there for over 20 years, she decided about 15 years ago to transition toward Bradford County and make it the place where she and her family call home. Carrie earned her Associates of Arts degree in Health Science from Santa Fe College and is currently working on her Bachelor of Applied Studies degree in Healthcare Administration at the University of West Florida. She has two daughters, Katie and Alyssa. Alyssa is a student in the Bradford County school system. Katie attended Bradford County schools from Kindergarten through graduation and has stayed in this area as she is currently a student at Santa Fe College. Among many other passions, Carrie enjoys learning new things and facing new challenges. She's excited to have the opportunity to help others find a place to call their "home" and feed their passion.
